Malta International Airport

Located just 8kms from Valletta between the villages of Luqa and Gudja, Malta International Airport is the only airport on the island.

The airport was extensively refurbished in 1992 and is a modern facility handling around 400,000 passengers a year.

Airlines operating in Malta offer flights to numerous destinations throughout the UK and Europe.

Malta's national airline is Air Malta based in Luqa, and offers flights to around 50 destinations throughout the UK, Europe and North Africa.
