Gozo Citadel

Built on a flat topped hill in the centre of Gozo just a short (but steep) walk from Victoria centre, the Citadella dates back to the middle ages. Built at the turn of the 17th century, the Citadel Cathedral dominates the complex that also houses museums, the law courts and the bishop's palace.

A walk to the very top of the complex is rewarded with stunning panoramic views across Gozo.
